The client, a seasoned artist, sought out a thoughtful renovation to restore this historic home’s character. Rich, inviting colors and textures complement the restored woodwork and reflect the client’s artful style. The design encompasses carefully curated details that honor both history and individuality.  The original dining room was opened to the kitchen yet thoughtfully divided by custom built-ins showcasing her cherished collections. The primary bath features a moody, artistic vanity and a luxurious steam shower. The third floor serves as an inspiring art studio with a custom staircase leading to a rooftop belvedere with breathtaking views of Lake Michigan.
